budget question

My fiance and I are getting married in April and are meeting with a photographer friend soon and are going to work out prices and such for videography and photography and a band that works with them. However, I am supposed to come up with a workable price for us for those three things and I don't even know what a 'good' price would be. He is providing alot for us so I want to give him a good price. Not just something I pulled out of the air. How would I go about researching all these things without calling a million places?
